You would have to develop a web application that combines PaintWeb and video playback, separately on the same screen. This would allow students to draw in PaintWeb while playing a video.

Can you enable some JavaScript error reporting? to see the errors.

Also, the buttons might not show up because that version of webkit does not support data URI images in CSS?
